A small tavern is struggling to stay afloat due to a shortage of ingredients. Domun, a young bachelor worried about making ends meet, spends his days barely getting by. One day, he takes in Okbi, a girl who has collapsed from hunger, and offers her a warm meal. That night, however, Okbi transforms into a beautiful woman and reveals that she is an imugi on the verge of ascending to the heavens. She tells Domun that in order to become a true dragon, she needs a powerful source of human yang energy—and makes him a secretive proposal. Afterward, Okbi brings about an abundant catch of fish, saving the tavern from ruin, while Domun gradually becomes entangled in both her secret and her true feelings… Will the bond between them be enough to help this imugi finally ascend and become a true dragon?
