Glass Forest

Night receded, and the sky beyond the forest slowly began to brighten. Her time faded, and his time dawned.

Alicia W. Emilheim suffers from acquired night blindness. Lehan Ave Estrisen began to vividly color her world, which had once been composed entirely of achromatic tones. Even knowing that he was using her, she willingly allowed herself to be used. He did not hesitate, and she gave herself up without a moment’s doubt. To him, she was merely a means; to her, he was merely an end. Because of that, she felt relieved, lowered her guard, and fell into him, oblivious to being suffocated by his beauty.

The moment she realized he could no longer be her purpose, Lehan plunged into the forest. Into the glass forest, shattering and scattering away like fragments.
