Summary
Kikuru Madan, an exceptional monster hunter known for his remarkable skills, reaches a point where he contemplates leaving his profession in the forest, fearing the squandering of his youth. The catalyst for this decision is his friend getting married. However, everything changes when a new recruit named Enome, a receptionist at the Guild, approaches him with a request. She asks him to accompany Lolipai Hitamu Kyan, ensuring her safety and teaching her the ropes. Intrigued and concerned for Hitamu’s well-being, as well as wanting to pass on his knowledge before retiring completely, Kikuru reluctantly accepts the task. Little does he know, that Hitamu’s incompetence and knack for attracting monsters completely disrupt his plans for a peaceful retirement. With the arrival of these inexperienced newcomers, can Kikuru Madan ever find the tranquillity he seeks?
